In addition to individual classes, MRA offers 4 leadership series each designed to meet the needs of specific groups.

Frontline Leadership
  • Introduces the important principles of motivation, interpersonal communication, employee training and problem solving to the informal leader who does not have the responsibility to hire, fire, promote and evaluate performance.
  • This series is designed for those “go-to” people or employees with peer leadership responsibilities, who are not officially “management” employees. These employees often do the work while providing leadership to their work group.
Leading Effective Teams
  • Designed to help participants develop leadership, communication, influence and decision-making skills in a team environment.
  • Participants are leaders of departmental or cross-functional teams who may or may not have direct authority over team members.
Principles of Leadership Excellence
  • Designed to equip supervisors and managers with the fundamental skills to effectively manage relationships with their direct reports, peers and managers.
  • For newly appointed supervisors, managers, and professionals in manufacturing, office, and other organizations such as service, distribution, sales and health care.
Creating an Engaged Workforce
  • Designed to help make the transition from the skills taught in the Principles of Leadership Excellence to the more advanced skills needed to build and lead an engaged workforce.
  • Experienced and effective managers and supervisors who need to refine specific skill sets, enhance their personal and organizational effectiveness, and further their leadership careers.
