Strategic Human Resource Services Director
Deb Schultz holds the position of Strategic Human Resource Services Director for MRA. She is an experienced HR consultant, speaker and trainer, described by her customers as thorough, objective, focused and dynamic. Deb brings practical knowledge for integrating HR with overall company business strategy to each area of her HR expertise - human resource planning, organizational development, management development, employment, recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations and performance management. Debxs practical, consultative and candid approach has been honed over more than 20 years in HR for major national and international organizations, in union and union-free environments, over rapid growth through mergers and acquisitions to workforce reductions, and with experience in financial services, technology, travel management and manufacturing sectors.
Deb has a proven track record in helping organizations design and implement plans to integrate human resource and business strategies to increase employee engagement, productivity and results, improve work environments, decrease risk and enhance leadership and organizational capabilities.
Deb is a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds an undergraduate degree from UW–Eau Claire and has completed post-graduate work in adult education and human resources management. Deb also has several years of experience teaching at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, has extensive background working with a variety of nonprofit organizations and has served on boards of directors.
Since joining MRA in 2006, Deb continues to enjoy the vitality, dynamics and diversity offered by MRA and its member companies and customers, and she enjoys contributing energy and expertise to meeting or exceeding organization's expectations.
