Manager, Customer Relations Services
Carol W. Trinastic is Manager, Customer Relations Services for MRA–Institute of Management and conducts programs in management skills, customer service, presentation skills, public speaking, telephone techniques, and assertiveness. An expert in speech, communications, and customer service, Carol acts as a personal coach and advisor to business executives and public speakers. She provides specialty services and trains in both spoken and written communication.
Carol’s past experience includes managing a manufacturing operation, a sales department, and a customer service/factory outlet store. She also offers her expertise to a major public relations firm, helping their clients prepare for press tours and product introductions.
Carol earned her B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her M.A. in communications from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She has been an independent consultant since 1985.
