Laurie’s experience at MRA began in membership development giving her the opportunity to meet with hundreds of organizations in Wisconsin and Illinois. Laurie is passionate about understanding member’s unique business needs and then finding just the right resources to help them be successful. She is experienced in supporting organizations of all sizes and from all industries as they work to achieve their goals. Through Laurie’s 20 plus years at MRA, she has developed strong, long-term relationships with both members and business networks.
Laurie’s specialty is identifying sound business solutions in the areas of employee recruitment, development, and engagement to enhance workforce effectiveness at member organizations. One of the most rewarding aspects of Laurie’s job is helping organizations strengthen their workforce through training, coaching and overall career development.
