  • Over 25 years of progressive human resources experience in Fortune 300, 500 and medium-sized family owned companies.
  • Experience in union and non-union environments in high volume precision machining, consumer products, agricultural, and construction equipment industries.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting salaried and hourly employees, developing strategic plans, state and federal employment laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology.

  • Successfully transitioned the human resources function from an administrative role to one of a strategic partner within the organization.
