Pat Staaden brings 25 years of management and HR experience to her role as COO of Trusight, the Minnesota Division of MRA. With a focus on helping to create a powerful workforce, Pat leads a team of more than 80 HR and business experts who work with members to better attract, engage, develop, and retain top talent.
Prior to joining MRA in 1994, Pat held key HR positions in both the manufacturing and service industries where she designed and implemented safety programs, created employee engagement programs, and conducted training on a variety of human resource and leadership topics. Pat holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Carthage College.
