Customer Service. It’s something everyone talks about, and Nancy Domres tries to live it every day. Her goal, as conference center coordinator at MRA, is to make sure that every meeting runs seamlessly. With seven years of retail customer service on her resume, she strives to make sure that every person who enters the conference center has an outstanding experience. Additionally, her high school English teaching and professional proofreading background makes her uniquely qualified to be an instructor for MRA’s grammar basics class.
