Expertise
Joann is an analytical, dedicated IT professional with a diverse technical background. She provides specialized solutions, web development, and project management to MRA. She has strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn and understand technologies and applications of varying degrees of complexity. Joann’s passions include listening, learning, and ultimately sharing by “passing-it-on” to empower others to have opportunities to grow. Joann is committed to using technology to improve current processes, and remaining open to new concepts and differing opinions.
Prior to joining MRA, Joann worked at Siemens Power Corporation as a Multimedia Specialist. She was part of a small development team that enhanced the technical publications by implementing an Interactive Multimedia Information System (IMIS). She worked to identify and resolve compatibility issues with the new multimedia tools and existing publishing tools, development of XML, DTD, and style sheets.

Joann holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.
