Nancy Warren brings over 25 years of strategic and tactical human resources expertise to her role as Vice President of MRA–The Management Association.

Nancy leads the Institute of Management and Human Resource Member Services in Wisconsin. Nancy is also active in MRA’s Palatine, Illinois and Moline, Illinois offices where she guides the strategic direction and provides strategic services to members.

Nancy has experience in nearly every facet of HR, excelling in the areas of compensation, recruiting, training, and organizational development. The members with whom she works often describe Nancy as keenly observant, unflappable, and highly innovative.

Nancy has assisted MRA members by:

Leading training sessions on topics including Supervisor and the Law, and Effective Interviewing and Hiring.
Creating HIPAA and employee handbooks.
Serving as interim HR Director.
Recruiting top talent.
Conducting comprehensive compensation and HR audits.
Facilitating roundtables.

Before joining MRA, Nancy honed her HR and business skills in the positions of executive vice president, vice president, regional manager, and generalist in the hotel and banking/finance/cash management industries, directing all aspects of the HR function.

Education

Nancy earned her master’s degree from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, and her bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and member of the National Board of Directors for Prevent Child Abuse America.
