Whitney Daley joined MRA in spring 2012 as the HR Resource Center Coordinator. She provides technical and administrative support for the MRA online resource center to ensure information is up-to-date, timely, and valuable for MRA members and employees. She works to create, verify and modify documents that will improve existing member service and incorporate ways to increase utilization of the online resource center. She also assists the HR Advisor team and other MRA staff in researching documents for the online resource center.
Before coming to MRA, Whitney worked in the non-profit healthcare and utility industries, cultivating her skills in performance management, online learning, employee engagement, recruiting/hiring and employee relations.
Education
Whitney has a Bachelor of Science degree from Marquette University School of Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources and Information Technology. She took on leadership roles as the President of the Human Resource Management Organization and was a member of the Information Technology Student Organization.
