Sarah is an experienced talent management leader with a track record of successes in helping organizations solve complex recruitment and retention challenges through integrated strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, and retention. She is an advocate of future-focused leadership strategy, succession planning, executive coaching, talent pipeline building, and data-driven decision making.

Sarah draws on almost 20 years of experience in sales, recruitment, HR, and talent management within large for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated the ability to transform ideas into specific, goal-driven results in response to employees’ and clients’ greatest needs.

As a talent leader, she helps her clients build the culture needed for success by maintaining a keen focus on talent acquisition and retention, forward thinking, forging strong relationships with staff, and talent sourcing on regional and national levels. Through her leadership, organizations she has worked with have earned accreditations from CARF and the Joint Commission, certification from WELCOA, and listing among the Best Places to Work.

Education

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, and a Certificate in Human Resources from UW-Milwaukee. She is also a graduate of Marquette University’s Future Milwaukee leadership program.

Professional and Community Activities

Sarah co-chairs the Performance & Development Special Interest Group of the Milwaukee chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (Metro Milwaukee SHRM). She is also a regular blood donor.
