This training is intended to be taken on a desktop or laptop, preferably running current versions of Chrome/Firefox browsers. Smartphones may not work depending on make/age of the phone, the software, and connectivity, so learners will need to view from a desktop computer or laptop.

*Manager version includes employee content plus role of the manager as legal agent, legal harassment definitions and the complaint process.

How is the training tracked?

The eLearning must be completed all the way through; interactivity includes quizzes and clicking to continue. At the end, learners will complete and submit a form (i.e. full name, title, department, company name). Whether you make an individual or volume purchase, MRA will provide you with access to a report with employee training completion details.

• Learners must have an email address unique to them. You will enter each name and email during the checkout process.
• After the checkout process is complete, you will receive a receipt for the registration(s). Each learner will also receive an email notifying them they have been enrolled in the course.

• eLearning access is available for 180 days (6 months). It’s recommended to complete the 20-30 minute eLearning in one sitting. Each learner receives 4 clicks/views to account for interruption or future reference.
