Gary is a seasoned human resources and business leader with over four decades of experience transforming organizational cultures and driving strategic HR initiatives. He served as the director of human resources & talent development at Unique Fabricating Inc. Gary was responsible for overseeing HR functions across seven locations in North America and Canada. He led a dynamic team of 12 HR professionals, ensuring that the company’s 1000+ employees were supported through innovative HR practices and robust talent development programs.
