She currently serves on MRA’s DEI Council and previously served as a council member for the Minnesota Disability Council, an appointment by former Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton.

Hilary Hauser brings extensive experience managing affirmative action programs, OFCCP compliance, and diversity and inclusion efforts. She has a track record of successful plan creation and audit support. Hilary delivers a wealth of experience in the compliance arena, while creating strategies, tools, and resources to enable teams to successfully implement affirmative action planning programs.

  • Directly managed and implemented affirmative action programs for more than 24,000 employees
  • Led successful affirmative action compliance integration for acquisition of 15,000 employees
  • Successfully managed and closed more than 30 OFCCP compliance reviews
  • Created and managed an internship program for high school students with disabilities at a large organization, which was awarded the Minnesota Council on Disability Mentorship Award

Education

Hilary holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. She has a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University.

Professional and Community Activities

Hilary is active in the community and served on a steering committee to earn Yellow Ribbon Employer status for a large organization. She also served on the Minnesota Council on Disability.
