Data touches every part of human resources, whether that data is used to create an affirmative action plan or help guide a member’s compensation decisions. His goal is to use data to help members make better and more informed decisions.

Jacob is a data analyst with a wide range of experience across affirmative action, compensation, and surveys. Jacob prides himself on being able to learn and adapt to new roles and challenges quickly. This has allowed him to serve members through various teams at MRA and bring unique experiences and solutions to each team.
