Kristie’s passion is coaching leaders to identify and align employees’ strengths to meet the business needs of their organizations. She uses a combination of questions, humor, and analogies to strengthen leaders’ ability to communicate with team members. Applying that same combination to align employees to their current positions and career path, her goal is to increase engagement, one employee at a time.

Expertise

Kristie served as an HR generalist for 17 years in the manufacturing, distribution, and health insurance industries across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She has worked as an organization development partner for six years at MRA. Members value her ability to present engagement survey data objectively, in a way that is easy to understand and actionable within the context of their business.

Kristie’s clients describe her as an advisor, coach, and trusted business partner. Her approach increases collaboration and enables people to contribute their talents to the purpose of their organizations.

Education

Kristie earned a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and human resource management from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
