She thrives on helping others, solving challenges, and forming long-lasting relationships with those she works with. Lenora has over 10 years of experience working in human resources across multiple industries, including nonprofit, health care, sports and entertainment, and financial technology. She has a broad range of knowledge in recruiting, onboarding, training, learning and development, workplace safety, workers compensation, EEO reporting, FMLA and LOAs, benefits, compensation, HRIS management, employee relations, conflict resolution, and event planning.
