Pam is an accomplished training professional with more than 25 years of experience in learning and development, leadership, customer service, and sales. By working with and for small, midsized, and large (Fortune 500) companies in a wide array of industries—ranging from technology, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and financial services to consulting—she gained real-world insight into business operations that enables her to integrate key organizational objectives into a personalized classroom experience tailored to the specific needs of each customer.

Key Accomplishments

  • Delivered leadership training and coaching programs to more than 3,000 professionals employed by Fortune 500 organizations, helping management teams improve their overall effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.
  • Partnered with a Fortune 100 company to create and pilot a successful month-long leadership development training program, which was subsequently implemented nationwide.
  • Conducted train-the-trainer programs for corporate clients, providing guidance, support, feedback, and mentoring to both new and experienced trainers.
  • Redesigned a key selling skills program to incorporate a blended learning approach within a learning management system, which minimized sales reps’ time out of the field and reduced travel costs.
