Partnering with and developing leadership is an area Rhonda Blum has enjoyed on various levels for more than 18 years. Her colleagues describe her as perceptive and determined, yet always considerate. Expertise

Rhonda has worked in various areas of human resources including employee relations, employee engagement, and recruiting. Her background includes a diverse mix of industries including die cast manufacturing, medical manufacturing, and most recently technology. She enjoys interacting with people at various levels and is consistently intrigued with the challenges of working with people in the ever changing human resources arena. She is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Key Accomplishments

  • Appointed to a leadership team with representatives from two newly merged organizations to identify and develop a newly combined company culture.
  • Directed multiple acquisitions both domestic and Canadian and interacted with employees to introduce them to the new organization.
  • Established multiple employee engagement programs including a highly successful global community involvement program.
  • Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR), through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), in addition to the Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) she has held since 1999.

Education

Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration on human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Professional and Community Activities

Rhonda enjoys interacting with and helping others in the community. Some of her volunteer efforts have included Feeding America, Mukwonago (WI) Band Boosters, Christmas Clearing Council, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Milwaukee, Waukesha County (WI) Backpack Coalition, Elmbrook (WI) Humane Society, Riverwalk for Breast Cancer, and Light the Night through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
