Todd has served leaders in commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and product development across multiple locations in American, European, and Asian Pacific regions.

  • Led RFP process and selection of an HRIS system for a multistate hospitality and real estate development company.
  • Managed multiple benefit plans, annual renewal, and open enrollment, as well as vendor and brocker relationships for 15 long-term care locations of an organization operating across four states.
  • Designed and implemented hourly workforce pay and salary progression structures.

Education

Todd earned an MBA from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has a bachelor's degree in engineering technology from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, Kenosha, Wisconsin.
