Affirmative Action Business Partner
Affirmative Action
I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.
Albert Einstein

If you ask Tonya what she wants to do or learn, her answer will always be: “Everything!” That’s her personality. She’s curious about everything. That’s why being an HR generalist early in her career was such a wonderful experience. At 19, she was hired as a payroll processor for a small machine tool builder in Dayton, Ohio. From payroll processor to benefits administrator to HRIS implementation project management, Tonya discovered that she could successfully transition to a Strategic HR Business Partner by knowing how all the transactional HR pieces work together.
