  • One-hour “Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace” eLearning (pre-work)
  • One-hour, 15-minute expert-led live online learning session

 

This blended learning will help you:

  1. Describe and define the problem of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
  2. Describe the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol intoxication or abuse.
  3. Apply an investigative framework for determining drug and alcohol testing, including:
    1. Use of the Reasonable Suspicion Checklist
    2. Talking to the employee and other witnesses
    3. Handling common challenging situations, including post-accident testing
  4. Review the drug testing process.
  5. Discuss the impact of legalized marijuana on the employer’s drug testing program.
