She is certified as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

• Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) since 2007.
• Managed ongoing full-cycle professional recruitment efforts for 50-75 positions across multiple locations, reducing average time-to-fill by 25 percent in less than six months and maintaining that rate for six continuous years through changing economic times.
• Created a structured intern and graduate recruitment and orientation program that optimized college/university recruitment across multiple disciplines.

Education

Stephanie holds a master’s certificate in nonprofit management from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on industrial and organizational psychology.
