Honoring Service. Supporting Leaders.

Waukesha, WI — June 24, 2026 — In recognition of the United States of America commemorating its 250th anniversary, and MRA—The Management Association celebrating 125 years of supporting employers and leaders, MRA is offering complimentary training opportunities throughout July for active military members, veterans, and first responders.

These individuals demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a commitment to service that strengthens workplaces and communities every day. As a gesture of appreciation, MRA is providing eligible participants with one complimentary seat in select professional development and training programs, valued at up to $1,470.

For 125 years, MRA has helped leaders and organizations develop the skills needed to navigate change, strengthen workplace cultures, and achieve their goals. This special initiative extends that commitment to those who have dedicated themselves to serving others.

“We’re incredibly grateful for the men and women who serve our country and our communities,” said Susan Fronk, President and CEO of MRA. “As we celebrate both our nation’s 250th anniversary and MRA’s 125-year legacy, we are honored to recognize their contributions by investing in their continued professional growth. This initiative reflects our belief that leadership development creates stronger workplaces, stronger organizations, and stronger communities.”

Eligible participants may register for one complimentary training program during July 2026. Courses are available in person, live online, and on-demand formats, offering flexible opportunities to build leadership, management, communication, and professional skills.

Additional information, eligible courses, registration details, and offer terms are available at mranet.org/honoring-service-supporting-leaders.
