Expertise

Jason has worked in small and large organizations, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment. He has expertise with tactical work including designing and delivering training, writing affirmative action plans, executive and employee coaching, and technology implementation and strategic work through leading an employer association, facilitating strategic planning at numerous organizations, and multiple board roles that provide strategic direction. Jason works to strengthen people and organizations to fulfill their goals.
