In Lisa’s role as a human resources business partner specializing in organizational development initiatives that inspire engagement and align people with the organization’s initiatives, her mission is to make that ideal a reality.

Expertise

Lisa contributes to the business strategy by applying HR skills in the areas of organizational design and development, change management, coaching/consultation, HR program/project management, and employee engagement. She specializes in the design and implementation of performance management systems, coaches managers on how to bring out the best in employees, helps teams implement proactive approaches to conflict resolution, and works with employers to position their people to do work that provides the greatest level of purpose and meaning. She’s known as a collaborative relationship builder, creative problem solver, and transparent and compassionate communicator who has a high level of enthusiasm for affecting business success while being invested in employee well-being.

  • Designed and deployed performance management systems that provide a feedback mechanism for managers and employees, align employees with company strategy, and identify growth and development opportunities

Education

Lisa has a master’s degree in organizational development and a bachelor’s in business administration. She’s a senior human resources professional with SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Professional and Community Activities

Lisa is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Greater Madison Area SHRM local chapter, where she volunteers for the Marketing & Communications Committee. She also serves on the boards of the Badger Bonsai Society in Madison and the Lake Mills Arts Alliance.
