“Energized!” is how Lois describes herself each time she helps someone develop skills that will save them time or reduce stress. She has a personal mission of developing supervisors’ and employees’ mindsets and abilities that build a working partnership between them rather than the perceived division. Her experience of developing numerous leaders, guiding people on self-discovery, plus the desire to learn is woven into every aspect of her work.
Expertise
Lois’ expertise includes over 20 years as a learning facilitator and coach of leadership development and soft skill programs. She has supervised teams of various structures to include direct reports, matrix environments, and cross-functional project teams. She uses her broad industry experience, being an entrepreneur, and her Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD) certification to provide impactful examples and training.
Key Accomplishments
- Developed a company’s first-ever Learning & Development Department to meet needs of all employee and leadership roles during rapid company growth
- Developed, implemented, and facilitated numerous employee and leadership development programs enhancing performance and effectiveness at all levels of organizations
- Led the design and delivery of software and process training for a Fortune 500 international company as it revamped their new product development processes and software
