Mandi went to college to get a degree in marine biology, which she obtained. However, life had a different plan for her and college took a little longer than expected. Mandi landed in recruiting before her degree was complete and has been in HR since. While HR and marine biology are very different, she still scuba dives in her free time.

Mandi started recruiting in 2015 and has focused on mass hiring for call centers in the travel, financial, and business process outsourcing sector, as well as in the grocer industry. Mandi additionally has leadership, public speaking, and training experience. She enjoys recruiting, as it allows companies the opportunity to reach goals and offers people the chance to grow.

- Full-cycle recruited for two grocery store openings in 2016 and 2017—roughly 120 employees per store
- Managed a team of recruiters across several states
- Implemented a new applicant tracking system and led a team that successfully hired over 2,000 employees in 2020 during COVID-19
