Paul is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Whether it is replacing a cam shaft sensor on his car, achieving his 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon do, or learning how to drive a Zamboni for ice resurfacing… being challenged and learning something is a large part of Paul’s personality. His enthusiasm for acquiring new experiences has helped him teach, mentor, and facilitate working relationships within the organizations he has worked.

Paul has over 25 years of experience working in the accounting field. He has had a steady progression of career enhancing events. These events start with auditing for a regional CPA firm, moving on to work at a closely held manufacturer, and then, most recently, spending 16 years in a service company. Throughout his career, Paul has encountered a variety of accounting and business situations.
Key Accomplishments
- Involved with numerous accounting software conversions.
- Initiated new commission structure for a sales force that was more in line with the financial impact for the company.
- Developed various pivot tables to analyze results quickly and helped highlight trends relevant to predicting revenue expectations.
Education
Paul earned his bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and received his CPA certification from the State of Wisconsin.
Professional and Community Activities
Most of Paul’s free time outside of work is consumed with coaching and driving his kids to baseball, football, or hockey practice and games with various weekend tournaments. You can also find him catching up on house projects or riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.
