Go into the world and do well. But more importantly, go into the world and do good.”Minor Myers

Expertise
Externally, Courtney led, researched, planned, and launched MRA’s first entry into a new market in over a decade, focusing on the Chippewa Valley region in northwestern Wisconsin and touching on the east side of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. Courtney is a leader in MRA’s strategic efforts and directs MRA’s effort to attract the next generation of HR professionals, both for our members and as MRA employees. She has led the effort to more than double MRA’s influence on social media, which now boasts over 18,000 connections across five social media platforms. She also hosts MRA’s LinkedIn Live thought leadership events and leads MRA’s employee advocacy program.
