Kris has worked in various areas of HR, including high-volume recruiting, HR generalist, managing an HR team, and as a strategic business partner. Her ability to build relationships and engage with people has been her greatest asset. Change management has been an integral skill that has helped Kris guide businesses through many obstacles, from the COVID epidemic to a derecho storm that devastated areas of the Midwest, much like a hurricane!
