Employers have been searching for the best way to attract and retain talent amid rising costs over the last several years. 82 percent of organizations in this study indicate that their benefits support their talent attraction strategy. Another 81 percent believe their benefits support their retention strategy. Even though the general sentiment is that benefits support organizations’ talent strategy, 41 percent neither agree nor disagree that benefits differentiate it in the labor market, leaving 44 percent feeling that they do.
