XYZ Company recognizes that employees may need extended time off from work due to their own personal medical needs. As such, XYZ Company offers eligible salaried employees a salary continuation program to provide compensation in the event of an employee’s own medical condition.
Salary continuation benefits are available for full-time salaried employees after 90 days of employment in a salaried position.
