This optional employee program gives you the flexibility to enjoy bi-weekly Friday afternoons off all year round. Company XYZ expects that the needs of all employees and customers will be the #1 priority at all times by anyone who elects to participate in this program. Your willingness to be flexible and give the ‘extra’ when others are on flex time, is a critical component to the success and continuation of this program. Customer needs, current staffing arrangements, illness leaves and vacation schedules will need to be considered at all times so modifications to the schedule may be necessary from time to time at the discretion of your manager.
